Getting Around Outside of Sullivan Hall

Here’s a friendly tip from your law librarians: You know the crosswalk on 12th Avenue (east of Sullivan Hall on the way to Starbucks)? You will never, ever, ever get it to change from “Don’t Walk” to “Walk” unless you push the button. And the guy from Real Change won’t always be there to do it for you. And finally, crossing where a “pedestrian-control sign prohibits such crossing” is prohibited by the Seattle Municipal Code (although nobody has ever witnessed the issuance of a citation for the offense).
