The Restatement on the Foreign Relations Law of the United States, 3rd edition has been the go to research tool for international law scholars since it was published in 1987. Duncan Hollis now reports in Opinio Juris that coordinating reporters Sarah Cleveland of Columbia Law School and Paul Stephan of the University of Virginia have been appointed by the American Law Institute to head up the revised fourth edition of this work. The ALI selected Jurisdiction and Enforcement, Treaties, and Sovereign Immunity as the first three topics to be considered.
